Под музыку “Santa Claus is Coming to Town” ребята заходят в зал, рассаживаются по местам и выходит ведущая.
Немного в стороне три эльфа заняты изготовлением подарков.
Ведущая:
Hello, dear friends!
It is a holiday today – Christmas, so let’s have fun! Now look over there – can you see the elves?
Старший эльф (остальным эльфам)
Hello, how are you? Santa Claus is waiting. We have to rush, rush and help him to get those packages out on time. All right?
(эльфы «читают» и перекладывают письма, «делают» подарки и складывают их туда, где будет елка)

Seven days a week
Every week of the month
And every month of the year
He's got us making presents

Every girl and boy

Эльфы делают подарки и помогают Санта-Клаусу. Может, они и нам немножко помогут? Let’s call them: Elves, come here!
Эльфы (вместе) OK, we are coming!
Эльф 1 Look around! The room isn’t decorated for Christmas. What do we need?
Эльф 2 First of all, Christmas tree! Let’s try to make it.
Эльф 3 Close your eyes and count to 10.
(В это время вынести елку, положить под нее коробки с подарками)
Эльф 1 We can see presents, we can see a Christmas tree, but it isn’t decorated!
ИГРА 1 Decorate the Christmas tree.
3 набора елочных шаров (красные, синие, желтые, зеленые)
3 эльфа выбирают по одному человеку от каждого класса.
Старший эльф дает команду: Take the red baubles and put them on the Christmas tree! Игроки выбирают нужный по цвету шарик и бегут наряжать елочку.
Эльф 2 (прячется за ширмой и звонит колокольчиком)
Эльф 3 Who’s that? It’s Santa-Claus! Let’s sing the song for Santa-Claus.
ВСЕ КЛАССЫ поют Jingle bells (ребята звонят колокольчиком)
Появляется Санта.

In a one-horse open sleigh.

ВСЕ КЛАССЫ поют припев Санта Клаус Ho-ho-ho! Hello, Children! Hello, Elves! I’ve got a bag, a big bag. Guess, what’s in my bag? (Дети отвечают). No, there are snowballs (рассыпает их по полу). Let’s play. Elves, help me, please.
ИГРА 2
Эльфы выбирают по одному ребенку из каждого класса и выносят 3 разноцветные коробки. Дети по сигналу должны собрать снежки в свою коробку. Побеждает тот, кто соберет больше снежков.
Санта Клаус Gather the snowballs. 1,2,3 go! Stop! Let’s count. How many snowballs have you got?
Эльф 1 Thank you, Santa, for the interesting game. Look at our Christmas tree. Do you like it?
Санта Клаус Yes, I do.
Эльф 2 Do you like the decorations?
Санта Клаус Yes, I do. But where’s the table? Where’s the chair? Let’s play the game “Change your places”. Little Elves, help me, please!
ИГРА 3 Эльфы выбирают по 3 игрока из каждого класса. Игроки рассаживаются с картинками (красное радио, желтый стол, оранжевая кровать, черный стул) на стулья, по 4 с каждой стороны. 1 игрок стоит перед стульями. Стоящий игрок называет картинку (Yellow tables, change your places!), игроки с названными картинками меняются местами, в это время игрок без места должен чье-то место занять. Во время игры эльфы выносят стол и стул.

Ученики поднимают карточки с картинками в соответствии со словами песни. Санта Клаус Great! I like it very much.
Эльф 1 It’s winter now. Do you like winter?
Ребята отвечают.
Ведущая Ну что ж, ребята, если вы любите зиму, давайте покажем Санта-Клаусу, что вы делаете зимой.

Эльф 1 Stop, stop, Santa Claus! Let’s ask the children what they want for Christmas.
